Step 1:  Provide BCMS with your staff roster for uploading to the Dashboard – Click Here

  • Roster will be uploaded within 24-48 hours of receipt M-F 8am-5pm EST

Step 2:  Set up Onboarding orientation call with BCMS – Click Here

  • Attendees:
    • Lead Compliance Officer
    • Point person from each location
    • Management/Ownership (Optional if delegating)
  • Agenda:
    • Orienting on how to access and dashboard functionality
    • Orienting on how to introduce the dashboard to staff
      • Initial dashboard email is sent on launch date to all staff or upon the employees start date
      • Reminder emails will be automatically sent every two weeks until documents are completed. Only documents that are incomplete will be included in the follow up emails.
    • Walking through the items that will be tracked and why they are required
    • Walking through staff email with required documents
      • Note: this email comes from [email protected] but if staff needs additional support on any item, they should contact the designated point person at their facility. If the point person does not know the best response they should contact Alicia Mahoney at [email protected] or [email protected]
      • Staff will not have access to view the dashboard due to protected medical information.
      • Point person will be responsible for following up with staff on any missing items in the dashboard.
        • Point person can have [email protected] resend reminder email at any time. Please allow for 24 hours.

Step 3:  Orient Staff to the items that are required for compliance and note that they will be tracked by a private dashboard.
